The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGES.

CUSTOM ORDERS, LOUNGE SHORTS & SETS, ALL ACCESSORIES & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

All other items are exchange/store credit only unless otherwise marked.

Items that are returned damaged/worn will only be eligible for a partial credit of 50% of the original sale price.

Store credit if applicable only applies to the subtotal of the purchase, and does not apply to any applicable shipping fees/taxes.

DAMAGES

Contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. If you will be unavailable when your order arrives please inform us prior to delivery.

Refunds if applicable are issued once the item is received by M&L. Any claims for damaged goods outside of this time frame will be declined.

EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any requests for exchange outside of this time frame will be declined and marked a final sale.

Orders must be shipped back to M&L within 10 business days of arrival with proof of tracking.

Customers are responsible for any/all shipping and handling fees when returning their order.

Store credit if applicable only applies to the subtotal of the purchase and does not apply to any applicable shipping fees/taxes.

A credit will only be issued once items have been received in our studio.

Please note we cannot guarantee fabric availability and some items from your order may now be sold out at time of re-ordering.

However, if we need to contact you about your order prior to production this may extend processing time.

All packages come with a tracking number.

ARRIVAL TIME.

Arrival time estimates provided below are based off of Canada Posts provided estimates. We are not responsible for any delays once item has been shipped.

When calculating arrival time for your package, please account for processing time prior to shipment and exclude Saturday & Sunday or applicable holidays from your estimate.


Canada/USA Packages generally arrive within 5-10 Business Days (Saturday & Sunday Excluded)

We are currently not shipping outside of North America

CUSTOMS & RETURNED/DECLINED/ABANDONED PACKAGES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Millie & Lou is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We will not mark any packages as a gift or refund the customs fees collected by your country.
We encourage all customers to make themselves familiar with their countries import policies.

1) If a package has been returned to us due to customer negligence i.e providing us with the wrong shipping address, abandoning/refusing your package at customs etc. you will have the option to resend the package at your expense or be issued a credit, minus any/all shipping fees we have incurred sending/obtaining your order. A credit, will only be issued once we have received the package from customs.
